Workshops / Retreat Days

Deeply relaxing events, which embrace a heartfelt theme.

Examples include: the changing of the season, the full or new moon, mandala art creation, women’s health, yoga philosophy. I also run a ‘Word of the Year’ workshop in January.

Take some time to create sacred space for yourself, to pause and rejuvenate - with a selection of yoga, meditation, relaxation, breathing techniques, journaling, sound healing, herbal tea, nutritious food and more. We may take a silent walk or have a fire ceremony. Each event is unique.

Held at spacious venues, which are calm and relaxing.

All levels welcome, including those new to yoga.

Free Meditation sessions

A free 1 hour session incorporating meditation, breath work and relaxation to increase your overall well being and decrease stress.

Meditation is becoming increasingly popular, due to its amazing benefits. It helps to reduce stress & anxiety, enhance mental clarity, helps you to feel more at peace & joyful, while increasing your overall well being.

This session will commence with gentle seated stretches to ease the body. I will then help you to find a comfortable meditation position, followed by practicing a breathing technique to help calm the nervous system. Then we will meditate, and finally, you can rest down and listen to a guided relaxation. I will serve tea and homemade chocolates afterwards. Bliss!

Everyone welcome, those new to mediation, those who regularly practice, and everyone in between.
