meditation & relaxation classes
• Reduce stress & anxiety, improve sleep quality, enhance mental clarity, feel more at peace & joyful, while increasing your overall well being!
• Learn ways to ease physical tension, simple meditation techniques, pranayama (breathing techniques) and relaxation. I also share yoga philosophy and well-being wisdom. Classes are welcoming and end with a cup of herbal tea.

Everyone is welcome. People new to meditation, those who regularly meditate and anyone in between. Please message me if you would like more information.
In person classes - £14 (or £75 for 6 classes).
Practice with me online for only £10 per month
New! I am pleased to introduce a monthly subscription for my online classes, these will be taught via Zoom.

Tuesday 10.45am - 11.30am Meditation & Relaxation
The classes will be recorded and available for 7 days after the event, the details to access the class will be emailed to you. When I’m away or unable to teach the class, a pre-recorded class will be available.
£10 per month
If you don’t wish to commit to the monthly subscription, or you would like to just purchase 1 class at a time, the classes are £10 each (available for 1 week after purchase).
